The last paper of the semester

I am now preparing with my last paper of this semester - Substance Abuse.

Looking at the name, you will know a lot of memories are NEEDED!

Yes, I have to memories types of drugs, drugs name, the route of administration, the low, high and overdose, the withdrawal, tolerance and so on...

Not only that, have to also know about the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and recovery program.

Just hope it will go on smoothly.

Infinity good luck for myself and those who take this paper.

I was so flattered that I received my belated mooncake from my housemate, sook yen and my boss.

Wat Tan Hor

Was eating Wat Tan Hor for few days.

Why?

Thanks to my two wisdom tooth! So painful that I can hardly chew properly.

So I have chosen to eat Wat Tan Hor.

This is the Wat Tan Hor from Loong Foong Kook. But Seng Yip's is nicer :D

Cant live without "YOU"

Having my final now... and it is also a reason for me to stay up late in the middle of the night. 

TO study of course.... 

So, in order to stay awake to study, I need some stimulant to make sure I can stay awake :D

Which is my lovely "Coffee" 

Oh no... Coffee is one of the stimulant (a type of drug!)

So, I guess I can be considered a drug addict now!

My mum they all went to Bintulu last week during the Raya Holidays. Together with my aunt... So fun lo them.... Went a whole bunch to trip...

I have to lock myself in the room to study... wahhaha ^^

Today I wake up at 7am... So early ho?? I seldom wake up so early but today is different...

I have something that needed to be completed... Will go and get back my research questionnaire later from the secondary school. Hopefully the teachers have all done my questionnaires...

Afternoon and evening got to work. So, today shall be a tired day.

Anyway, I feel glad that the sunshine is so bright yet very warm. Love it max!!

Siew Pau from Seremban

Since the first time I tried siew pau from Seremban, I had fallen in love with it!

Thank you so much to Mei Yen (my friend from Seremban) who bought this back for me... :D

Five siew pau... Got original flavour, vegetable and mushroom flavour... Mei Yen was asking me is it I buy 5 siew pau because of SS501?? As they are 5 of them as well.. I was like "Ya ho.... I think maybe it is really because of them that influence me to buy 5!! wahahhaa..." *sot jor @.@

Yummy..... :D This is the original siew pau... I love the original the most!!! The skin of the siew pau is so crunchy and smell so nice. Not to mention it is full of the filling in it!! yummy yummy ^ ^

Blast out loud with KPOP!!!

Writing this post is actually an inspiration from the whole afternoon of blasting Kpop songs in my room!

Started to listen to Kpop since I came to my 1st year degree in Utar.

I wasnt very into listening songs before but under social influence by friends surrounding me. Yeah....

Get to come across with Korean songs... Which I personally love to watch Korean drama since secondary schools. (Sadly, my korean still very bad! :( )

I find it so nice to listen to Korean songs compared to other language songs.. Just not sure why but I love KPOP!!

Has been listening to different korean singers and groups...

No need to say lo... My very favourite group is...

"SS501"

Yeah... They are the number One is my list of korean singers... <3

Love this photo of them so much. The puppy was taken care by them before giving away to a new owner. And guess what??? The owner got this photo hanged up high on the wall of their house!! So good le :D

Although they have been doing solo activities since last year. However, We, TS will still sincerely wait for their comeback one day in the future! 

Really like this group, I just dont know why but I can see their hardwork, their sincerity and their love towards the fans. So good of them right??

LOVE EACH AND EVERYONE ONE OF THEM! They are always so cute and close to each other... I had been watching their videos "Mpick!" which showed their 1st debut. Wow... never regret on watching those great memories. 

Besides them, I also come across with other korean group which I personally like them and their songs also.... 

BIGBANG!! 

Yoyo!! Its BigBang!!

I first time come across with bigbang is the song "wedding dress" by Tae Yang. Then later started to listen to their songs... And I love G-dragon, the leader! He is so adorable and talented. Their songs are so energetic and the mvs are so good! I like all the members in this group... GD, the great leader, Top, the superb rapper, TaeYang, the cute one, Seungri, the handsome man, and Dae Sung, the one with nice voice!

The very cute yet talented boyband... And they are so young! Younger than me and yet already so popular. 

Knew this group through the drama "You're beautiful" which HongKi acted as the little brother in the drama. He really gave me a deep impression with his blonde hair in the drama... When I listened to their songs, I was like "wow.... Hongki got such a nice, strong yet special voice." Since then, I have been addicted to their songs... :)

CN Blue... Knew this group is because of the leader, Yung Hwa as well.. who participated in the same drama with HongKi and he was the 2nd brother. Handsome not?? (the one sitting down in the pict)

Haha... Their songs are also very nice... Yung Hwa is a great singer either... :) 

Not exploring too much to their songs but will start to listen more...

I only started to listen to their songs recently. Wow... The first impression is Yu Chun is so man and totaly different from how he looked like in the drama "SungKyunKwan Scandal" and "Miss Ripley"

He looked so cool in long hair! Their songs are very nice both in English and Korean. interested can actually go and listen also... ^ ^

All male group I am talking bout... 

There is a girl group I personally like it very much is 

"2NE1"

I found them very talented, different from other girl groups... form by 4 girls of different age but are so lovely to be together! 

They can sing so powerfully and dance so energetically!!

Their songs are so addicted especially the latest "Ugly"!! Very nice to listen :D

The Colour of Life...

Went to Tesco just now to buy some grocery and came across these three capsicums which I found them very pretty and colourful. So, just snapped a photo of them :)

The first thing that popped up in my mind was "they look like traffic light!" XD

For some, life is great, life is interesting, life is wonderful and it is never a boring day to live to the fullest!

However, there are also lots of people who never ever think that their lives are the gifts from god! They hate their life, hate what they have, being so negative to the things and peoples surrounding them.

No... Please do not hate yourself! Dont blame your life!

Just spend a moment, look at the good things you have, the happy and sweet friends you got and every single great memories you ever had!

She left silently...

Spending about one week plus with me, Crappie Babie had left me silently. 

She just left me silently without any signs. 

Being with me is too stress for her I guess. 

Too hard for her to adapt to new yet unfamiliar environment. 

The moment she almost slipped off from her shell, uneasy feeling attacked me. 

The feeling told me something bad might happen. 

Yeah... Few hours had passed and yet, she stayed there motionless. 

I know. I know she had left silently. 

After Oreo, she is the second pet which is with me for only a week. 

What can I do? 

I only can remember the happy moment she spent with me... Crawling so happily on my table. Exploring every corner that she could explore. 

Long life is not by your side, I am so sorry, Crappie. 

I hope you do feel happy to be with me for the one week.

Prosocial Behavior - Help or Ignore?

Help? Ignore?


One of the chapter learned in Social Psychology has came to make me to ponder a little.


Prosocial Behavior = Helping others in need


I personally believe throughout the whole life, we offer and accept uncountable help.


When you help, do you think of why you help? How bout when you are receiving help, do you ask yourselves why are you getting those helps?


Firstly, why we help?


"Because I feel like helping!" "No why... I just want to help!" "Who knows next time I need help also??"


Most of the time, this could be the words/excuses/reasons that come out from our mouths!!


Yeah... It is true that somehow we help other merely just to help - which is known as 'Altruism'


Also, we tend to help in such a way that the helps given are actually benefited to us in certain way.


Now, the question is how you yourself define the kind of help you give to others.


Somehow, not much of us can draw a clear cut in this. Even myself to be honest.


However, the most important is we help! And we Feel Good!


Helping other although it is just a little tiny not-so-important yet easily-to-be-forgotten help, we will feel EXTREMELY GOOD about it.


That is what we also want dont we??


So, help others in a way that is also helping yourself!

Apple Mayonnaise DIY Face Mask

First time trying a DIY facial mask - Apple Mayonnaise Face Mask.

Easy to made!

Cheap!

Healthy!

Apple is the best antioxidant towards our skin.

Mayo contains vinegar which helps stimulate the turnover of skin cells and is effective for dry skin.

Ingredient: An apple, mayonnaise

An Apple... Slice and chop into small cubes..

Mayo..

How to prepare?

Squeeze suitable amount of mayo into a bowl.

Spread the chopped apple on it.

Mix them using a fork until you can smell the nice fragrance of apple :)

Then, spread on your clean face (wash your face with cleanser prior to it). Later, massage your face with your finger tips so that the mask is being absorbed thoroughly.

After that leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your face with warm water. Once done, apply toner and moisturizer on your face.

And you will get a healthy looking face!!

Dont be lazy and go do some mask now!
