Drunken Crab


Hmmm.. I will be talking about food again... We always eat fried crab with egg, asam crab and so on...

To do something new, I try the new recipe - drunken crab :)


The crabs were still alive!

How we killed them? Just throwed them into the boiling water!! So evil right?

After they died, steamed the crabs with wine and ginger... Also, added in some sesame oil to make them tasted nicer.

Seconds before we took out the dish, put 2 eggs on the reddish crabs....

Wait for around one minute, off the gas and there was our drunken crab!

Yummy... :)
