Small Role?!


I always love to drink latte :)

Latte with a heart shape on it. Nice and lovely.

Got sick recently, maybe I am just too tired and pack with lives. 

However, life still goes on. 

What ever decided, need to be done accordingly. 

Want to be successful? No choice, I have to work towards it, not just saying bout the action need to exist!

There is this one person coming to tell me that he is just playing a small role in my life, is that really true? 

No No No... I don't think so too. And I never think like that as well. 

No worry, you are not the small player in my life story. You hold a big role in it. 

"You are not the small player but big big player in the life path that I am going through"

Stress?!! No way!!

There will be times in certain point in our lives that we might be very frustrated, tired and sick over the things that we are doing.

What does this called? Stress?!!

No way....XD

Oh... Well... A certain level of stress is pretty good for keeping us moving forward and improving ourselves. Hence, knowing how to distress is totally a MUST-DO things so that we can still stay happy and grateful all the time.

Ways to release stress??!! How??


Doing something fun with friends - be creative and stay young all the times!


Create a supportive, fun yet energetic working environment at work - a good working environment is a main source for you to love your job more than others!


A good meal with friends - This is not just about the food but the gathering and meeting up with old friends, chit-chat nonsense without worrying whats gonna happen next!


Spend times chilling at friends' place - Just a simple visiting is good enough to relax the mind after long working hours!


Travelling - Location is not the main point, main focus is you travel with who and hows the trip spent! 


A great cup of coffee - coffee really does make up my days.



Last but not least, a good workout after a tiring day. I find it really useful for me to release all the negative energies in my body and mind, it helps me to fill refresh again! So, lets workout to keep a healthier and fitter body and mind!

New Year New Winnie

2012 had just passed by me, here comes 2013. 

Time passes so freaking fast, I almost got left behind. XD

However, I have had a good new year celebration for this lovely 2013.

Almost everyone talks about the world will end in 2012, hello!!! See.... We are still surviving now in 2013! 

Last year, I went for PD for the sunset during last day of 2011 and went for hiking during the first day of 2012. 

This year, it is another great celebration with colleagues.
